Tony Bishop

Managing Partner

A current Partner at GRC SinoGreen Fund III and co-founder of iGlobe Treasury Management, Tony is a highly experienced venture capital and angel investor.

Having held directorships for numerous technology companies across several sectors including cleantech, biotech, and media and a background in banking & merchant banking, including forex trading and cross-boarder M&A, Tony brings a wealth of Financial and Governance experience to growth stage companies.

Tony is a qualified chartered accountant with a BCA from Victoria University (Wellington)

Sin Jat Lai

General Partner

Sin Jat brings over 12 years experience in engineering and technology investments and commercialisation in the cleantech, health, IT sectors with his roles as Senior VP at GRC SinoGreen Fund III and former General Partner of iGlobe Treasury.

Having previously worked with the Singapore government in promoting R&D and its commercilisation, Sin Jat has built up a strong background working with technology start-ups.

Sin Jat holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and Bachelor of Engineering from National University in Singapore.

Martin Greenberg

Venture Partner

Martin has over 35 years of experience and has a particular strength in corporate governance and in M&A activities. He is Chairman and Managing Director of the Apollan Group, a Sydney-based company specializing in venture capital, corporate finance, securities, and general investment. From 1986 to 1999, Martin was a Director of Babcock & Brown, an international investment bank. Prior to this he was a Director of Morgan Grenfell Australia Limited and before that a Senior Vice President with Security Pacific Group in London.

Martin has been a director of several public companies in Australia and New Zealand and has an extensive range of national and international contacts. Past positions include Selector Funds Management Ltd (Chairman), AI Medics Pty Ltd (Chairman), Liquid Capital Management Pty Ltd (Chairman). Promics Ltd.(Chairman), (Director), and ERM Power Group (Director), former Member CSIRO Commercial Executive Committee. He was also a judge of the annual AVCAL awards and a Justice of Peace. Martin holds a Bachelor of Business and a Diploma of Commerce from the University of Technology, Sydney and is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.
